My partner and I had a great experience buying a truck from Campbell Nissan of Everett last week. We initially spoke with Ray after seeing an ad online from Car Gurus for the new truck we were interested in. He was friendly and easy going and told us to talk to Tyler the next day if we wanted to stop by to test drive it. We did go the next evening, a Sunday and an hour before closing, and Tyler was awesome. Absolutely no pressure, let us take a test drive and answered our questions. We decided to buy it and the entire process was pretty easy. Michael secured us a good loan and worked very quickly. Perfect car buying experience - thank you Ray, Tyler and Michael!

Excellent friendly and conscientious staff, I truly appreciate the video of the car so I can learn to understand and the boys in the shop didn't talk down to me because I am a woman. There is a family feel to Campbell, and I think you should have more of your dealerships feel this way. I know it happens when staff feel valued. I am terrible with names, but the gentleman that helped me should be given a raise. I saw him be extremely compassionate to one of the customers who was having a manic episode. Not extreme, but would not stop talking as the staff were trying to explain things to the customers. He rolled with it and kept the focus. Excellent customer service skills and I really appreciated having the remote control while I hung out for the day. Keep up the good work. I tried purchasing a Chevy a few years back and it was not to Nissan's standards. Will continue to purchase them as long as I am able.

This Nissan location is amazing! I have taken my car to this dealer multiple times and every single service person is nice, and I that they listen to my concerns. John Schampier, service manager, is the nicest guy and will bend over backwards to get your car completed early! They usually have service loaners for longer visits. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing service on their car.

I had 2 people help me, but I didn’t catch the name of the first person. Donnie was the other person that helped me in the parts department! I had my car in for a recall fix and will never take my place anywhere else. It was my first time there and they communicated well through the whole process! They were going to have to order the part, and found one locally to get ne taken care of since I had a long commute. When it took longer than expected they gave me a loaner car to make sure I was going to have a car for my morning work commute. Donnie had a smile on the whole time, even while clearly VERY busy. That team is working their butt off, and their customers continue to come before everything. Customer service is what has now turned me into a loyal customer. THANK YOU SO MUCH DONNIE!
